Commercial Sales Lead
The primary responsibility of the Commercial Sales Lead is to increase sales of commercial goods and services by maintaining a deep knowledge of the products and working with the Commercial Manager to implement sales strategies to meet sales goals. This person will manage large commercial customer accounts and delivery service, including taking phone, email, and in-person orders; will manage the commercial delivery schedule; and will assist with commercial estimates and quotes as well as maintaining the commercial customer base and supporting commercial marketing efforts. Our ideal candidate will have 3-5 yrs sales/customer service experience in a green goods business; advanced horticultural knowledge; ability to stay organized, focused and calm in a fast-paced environment; experience supervising; and ability to use Internet search engine, email, Microsoft Word and Excel.
